Duties:
- Advising and supporting users in concepts and implementation of IT related solutions
- Developing concepts and proposals
- Integrating standard software
- Developing applications based on standard software or universal software
- Creating pilot applications, performing software tests with pilot users
- Solving of problems regarding interfaces and conversions
- Receiving and executing complex software problems and managing the escalation process
- Supporting users in purchasing matters
- Evaluation of standard software and universal applications
- Performing communication tasks between users and the informatics department
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- ITILv3 Foundation Certification strongly desired
- 2-3 years of IT Specialist work experience
- Ability to learn quickly new technical solutions and complex business processes
- Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
