For a prestigious IT project we are looking for:
Requirements:
- Detailed technical knowledge of the Cisco ICM environment including CVP, to include good experience of solution design and system configuration
- Detailed technical knowledge of Avaya Voice Portal and ACD, Realsoft UCTI, ACME Session Border Controllers, Cisco voice gateways, Cisco Gatekeeper and Toll Bypass
- Ability to undertake all aspects of design, configuration and implementation guidance associated with business projects that include ICM routing/CTI toolbar integrated in an Avaya IVR and ACD environment
- Experience of having responsibility for delivering complex IPT solutions involving Cisco and Avaya solution sets
- Detailed knowledge of QoS and Voice over IP (Gateways & Gatekeepers)
- Good working knowledge of IP addressing and Access Control Lists.
- Experience in call traffic sizing and dimensioning including queuing theory, erlang traffic calculation
- Certificate of the following: CCNP, CCIP, CCVP or CCIE, would be an advantage
Additional advantages:
- Knowledge of NICE and/or Cybertech voice Recording systems
- Working knowledge of virtualisation technologies including VMWARE
- Working knowledge of Linux and Windows Server Platforms
