If you accept our offer, your profile is presented to the Customer. After his approval we organize the appointment so that you could learn the project details.

Step three:

It is up to you to decide if the project and the employer is attractive for you. Next, you negotiate individually with IT Kontrakt the agreement character and your salary.

Step four:

In each project, a patron from IT Kontrakt introduces you into the task subject, he will also take care of all formal and legal along with personnel and payroll  issues.
