- We start the realisation of every single project from an in-depth analysis of our Client’s needs. We build the competence map for sought-after specialists, we select 2-3 candidates for each position and provide our Client with their standardised CVs.
- To maximise work results, we use modern recruitment tools such as interviews, community interviews, verifying their IT skills and credentials, monitoring their availability, dealing with formal-legal issues, negotiating working conditions.
- We organise meetings with selected candidates for our Clients.
- We observe the “Success fee” rule. Our Clients incur no expenses until the moment of contract completion.
- Each IT specialist employed in our Client’s Project is a formal employee or partner of IT Kontrakt.
- We regularly conduct trainings for employees and candidates in order to raise their competence level.
- We observe the rule of constant development and permanent increase in the quality of our services.
